MMD is set to be implemented across the whole dataset. However, it may be beneficial to compute it by class.

  • We'll want an argument to the function itself denoting whether or not to do so (probably just setting to None by default and passing in the dataset labels as a way of asking for it to be computed by class)
  • We'll also want an argument as to whether it should return the summed float value, the list of class similarities, or both
