Error: No internet

Trying to Decrypt FileOpen Secured PDF. Throws error "Error: No internet connection or a blocking firewall!". Internet works fine, all firewalls are turned off. No change.

I'm having the same issue, The debug URL seems to resolve when I navigate there in a browser. The PDF I'm trying to decrypt was opened on another machine, though. So, I'm not sure if I need to have that machine/user run ineptpdf to decrypt it.

I believe the issue is TLS v1.2 being used by the server-end of FileOpen which isn't supported in Python 2.7.

Only a suggestion: don’t try with the same pdf you try before. May be something expired. I’m sorry, no more. You can uninstall and reinstall the component required from ineptpdf, but I think you already done. A good new is that with Python 2.7.18 it run with my windows 10. I found the problem only appears on pdf with consultation privileges.
it seems the url given in the debug log cannot be resolved.
Anyone who did manage to resolve?
