equipping elytra affect jump action

I tested in 1.21.1 and 1.16.5 but I could not find any problems

What is it actually like Hang down on 1.5 height blocks?
Do you mean ClingToCliff action by Hang down? In ParCool, HangDown and ClingToCliff are explicitly different.
Anyway it seems that there are no problems for both ClingToCliff and HangDown

I tried again but cannot reproduce the problem ...
Which version and mods are you using? Does this occur always? and even in single mod environment?
