Submit Callback and Datapoint Status

Objective

• Users don't know the status of datapoint whether if it Submitted, Pending or Currently editing.
• When we add a new datapoint, the current field is not empty.
• Datapoint values can be re-loaded even if it's submitted already, this might confusing to user.

Solution

• Datapoint should have status (Submitted, Pending, and Current).
• Prevent user to click load button if the datapoint is submitted.
• Optional: User should be able to preview the submitted data (don't allow to edit).
