Any plans for an Odoo 19.0 version?

Hi,

Thanks a lot for this project and for your work on the French e-invoicing reform for Odoo Community.

I noticed the repository currently only has an 18.0 branch. Are there any plans to port these modules (l10n_fr_einvoicing, l10n_fr_einvoicing_import, l10n_fr_einvoicing_sale, etc.) to Odoo 19.0, and if so, is there a rough timeline?

We're evaluating which Odoo version to target ahead of the September 2026 e-invoicing obligation, and the availability of a 19.0 version would help us decide.

as far as I understood @alexis-via roadmap, it is not planned to port to v19 for now.

The incoming steps are the following :

1. test / stabilize version 18.0
2. backport to version 16.0

Backport / Forward-port to odd versions (17.0 or 19.0) is not in the roadmap for now and could be done if funded. I understand that some people were already interested in version 17.0 so there will probably be a backward port to version 17.0 though !

I confirm what @remi-filament said : the modules will be available for 16.0 and 18.0, and also for 20.0 rapidly after the release. If you want to port it to 19.0, feel free to do it. If you don't have the required skills, you can also ask me or another odoo integrator for a quote.
Keep in mind that the development is not finished yet on 18.0. I'm currently working on the last milestone: the re-developpment of account_invoice_facturx (and account_invoice_ubl). In fact, it will be another module called account_invoice_en16931 that prepares the data in a dictionnary such as {'BT-1': 'F1242', 'BT-2': '2026-06-16', ...} and the generation of the XML file will be made by the factur-x lib. I plan to also have UBL XML generation in the factur-x lib. I hope to have something much better than both the current OCA module and the Odoo native module. I hope to have it ready at the end of june.

Just following up on my previous message — I understand you're probably busy, but I wanted to check if there's any update on the timeline for a stable version compatible with v16 to test.

If you look at #28 you will see that an implementation on v16 has been made by @njeudy
It is still not clear to me if datamodel for v18 is stable enough for back/forward - porting without too much effort in order to keep them aligned (e-reporting has still to be implemented and some work may still be needed on invoice import in v18).
