I try to check:
'urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0'

and get an error Invalid Factur-X/Order-X URN

Same error here with the following example from https://www.ferd-net.de/en/downloads/publications/details/zugferd-232-deutsch: xrechnung.xml.zip
