Moderator Set up - How to?

We are just starting to use Engage.
I have a question about setting up moderators.
We have set up our 3 Super Users will full access rights. See screen shot.
Any comments by our users have to go through moderation.
With the permission set up we have for Engage all 3 Super Users get an email when a user submits a comment.
What we would like is that only one of the super users gets the email, but I don't think this is possible. Or is there one of the permission settings that determines who gets the email? I very much doubt it, but I thought I would ask.

Super Users have all permissions enabled. Therefore they are always comment managers. You cannot make a Super User not be a comments manager. You can give these permissions (Edit, Delete etc) to other groups but you cannot remove them from the Super Users group.
