docs: move 10 discontinued models to Deprecated section

Cross-checked active model IDs in model-database.md against the live
api.aimlapi.com/models list; these no longer exist there and are moved
to the Deprecated table (gpt-4o-search-preview, gpt-4o-mini-search-preview,
openai/gpt-5-chat-latest, openai/gpt-5-1-chat-latest,
nvidia/nemotron-3-nano-omni-30b-a3b-reasoning, switchpoint/router,
mistralai/devstral-2512, liquid/lfm-2-24b-a2b, arcee-ai/trinity-mini,
music-01).
