File "model_data/Stable-diffusion" not found and one error caused by fsspec

There are two erros occured:

1. "model/Stable-diffusion" must be created manually in advance2.

2. When installing fsspec with pip, the lastest version (2023.10.0)will be installed while there is a bug not have been fixed:https://github.com/huggingface/datasets/issues/6330. Just roll back to the older version of 2023.9.2 will be fine.
