Reformulate "Expected Time Until Next Reward" #2

some confusion arose on reddit between the time until the next reward and the average time between 2 rewards. In reality, from a math perspective these 2 quantities are the same so it does not matter however laudney rightfully mentionned that it would be preferable to mention that it is the expected time betwen 2 reward. So we need to reformulate this in the document
