[Feature]: Include AI Catalog parameters in URL

Problem Statement

I think it would be nice to have the AI Catalog filters & page number in the URL. So people can share their searches by sharing the URL

It would also be nice to include the catalog entry in the URL if a catalog entry is selected. So people can share catalog entries by sharing the URL

Proposed Solution

Include filters, page number, catalog entry ID in the URL parameters. Display the AI Catalog in the correct state based on those parameters
