The sub-agent only has access to the tools available to the base coding agent; if additional tools are added via downloaded extensions—such as fetch_content, get_search_content, or others—they do not appear in the settings.
While these tools might be accessible via "load extensions" or "load skills," there is no way to specifically select which skills or tools the sub-agent is permitted to use.
