Null skill reference in harness-optimizer agent

Task Description

The skill harness-optimizer.md references to perform the skill /harness-audit. However, this skill is not in skills/.

Instead, it makes sense, perhaps, to reference the agent to the skill /eval-harness, which equally evaluates a harness

Acceptance Criteria

• agents/harness-audit.md does not reference any skills that do not exist
• The way agents/harness-audit.md performs optimisations must be a direct derivative of the designed output from eval-harness/SKILL.md.

Thanks for raising the reference. On current main, agents/harness-optimizer.md says to run /harness-audit, and commands/harness-audit.md exists; this is a slash command reference, not a missing skill reference. The agent does not claim that skills/harness-audit exists.

Because the referenced surface is present and valid, I’m closing this as not a repository defect. A separate proposal to have the optimizer consume eval-harness/SKILL.md could still be useful, but that would be a behavior change rather than a null-reference fix.
