Importing Activites shows the wrong dates

When importing activities, the incorrect date is shown for the activity. It appears that the date becomes a midnight UTC based date/time which in the activities page, this time is then converted to local time which in the US is UTC-x, so the date is shown here in UTC-7 as 5pm the day before. I tried using the date/time that is exported in the activities csv/json dump in the format like "2020-10-30T12:00:00.000Z", but the import ignores the time portion.
