% TITLE=chipKIT Uno32
% SUBTITLE=Learn the basics of this powerful microcontroller
% DESCRIPTION=Learn the basics of this powerful microcontroller
% KEYWORDS=reset, workshop,microcontrollers,programming
=Introduction=
----
Learn how to use this new microcontroller with HW and SW totally compatible with Arduino Uno. All of this of course increasing speed performance, memory capacity, number of output and input pins, etc.

Reset has prepared a workshop to teach you how to use this device in different platforms always getting the best possible performance.
? If you have already worked with Arduino Uno, you may want to have a look at the differences between Arduino Uno and chipKIT Uno32.

=What you need=
----

A computer: you may bring your laptop (recommended) or borrow the ones we have in the lab.

A pair of LEDs of any color, an USB A to mini-B cable, one push button, an LDR sensor, 3 x 0.5m of solid wire (black, red and any other color), a pair of 150 Ohm resistors and some cutting pliers.**

Send an email to [email protected] saying that you are coming.

Before buying the cable, check you don't already have one at home (some cameras and other devices use it):

=When and where=
----
??? We are sorry, last "chipKIT Uno32" workshop was the 30 November 2012. Our workshops usually take place once a year and around the same dates.
Stay tuned for future events!
