Warn appears in a console (seems like its related to NPC ticking) #45

Hi, I have the latest version of a Roulette (3.2.1.) and im using Purpur 1.21.1-2329-803bf62
Protocollib version: 5.3.0
Citizens version: 2.0.35-SNAPSHOT (build 3598)
Warn suddenly appears in a console, Not sure why, there were no players on a server atm
