This file just doesn't exist. Can someone please upload it for me? I'm getting stalk at step 3 due to an "Error importing database. Check configuration." And i think that it's because i don't have this file.

constant.php is missing and is not in the include folder.

project is here as a backup just do pull request ill add to them or fork it
