Have a --foreground option of command line #2

It would be nice to have a ./bin/forbanctl --foreground so as to watch what is going on.

Good idea. I will add this in the next days.

For the time being, if you want to see what's going on, you can do a
tail -f ./var/log/*
in the Forban log directory.
