Push notifications are not received anymore (iOS & Android) #17
Description
Using:
react-native-freshchat-sdk: 4.0.3
react-native: 0.67.3
Push notifications are not received anymore on both iOS & Android; when trying to debug on Android via the link https://domain.freshchat.com/app/api/notif_debug?convId=conversation_id, we have this response:
"pushFailureReason":"The notification ID generated on the device and the GCM key on the server do not match","pushFailureRemedy":"Ensure that the GCM project ID on the device matches with the GCM server key. Also double check that the GCM server key on Hotline.io is correct.","gcmNotificationResult":{"result":{"errorCode":"MismatchSenderId"}
We are well receiving other push notifications but not Freshchat ones
Do you know what can be the problem here ? Thanks
