This change introduces a loading spinner when sending WhatsApp messages via the CLI. It provides immediate visual feedback during the network request, improving the user experience for long-running operations. - Added `fail(errorMessage?: string)` method to `UI.spinner` in `src/cli/ui.ts`. - Updated `src/cli/cmd/wa/send.ts` to use `UI.spinner` when not in JSON mode. - Ensured spinner is stopped or failed appropriately in success and error cases.
