Added a loading spinner to the WhatsApp send command to provide visual feedback during message transmission. The spinner is disabled when JSON output is requested to maintain script compatibility. Also enhanced the UI.spinner utility with a fail method for better error reporting.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18028447096461953338 started by @dolagoartur

This change introduces a loading spinner when sending WhatsApp messages via the CLI.
It provides immediate visual feedback during the network request, improving the user experience for long-running operations.

- Added `fail(errorMessage?: string)` method to `UI.spinner` in `src/cli/ui.ts`.
- Updated `src/cli/cmd/wa/send.ts` to use `UI.spinner` when not in JSON mode.
- Ensured spinner is stopped or failed appropriately in success and error cases.
