Feature request possibility to override filename

Hi thanks for great library.

I want to ask if its possible to add possibility to override file name written.

Currently it is written as JUnit_Insigths_[dateformat].html

Reason I am asking this is that couple of runs can quickly build up and I have to manually clean this folder. Instead id like to only have 1 file written even after multiple runs.
