What happened?

As per apache/arrow-adbc#4306, there's a problem in Power BI when using a native query with a column that has a collation of UTF8_LCASE.

Note: this may be an error in the Power BI connector and not in the driver; I'm submitting this here to link to it from the arrow-adbc repo.
