runner deployment failing with certificate error

I am trying the deploy github action runner on Kubernetes cluster ( EKS) and getting the below error. Appreciate your help on the same.

Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "runnerdeployment-1.2.yaml": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "mutate.runnerdeployment.actions.summerwind.dev": Post "https://actions-runner-controller-webhook.actions-runner-system.svc:443/mutate-actions-summerwind-dev-v1alpha1-runnerdeployment?timeout=10s": x509: certificate signed by unknown authority (possibly because of "x509: invalid signature: parent certificate cannot sign this kind of certificate" while trying to verify candidate authority certificate "serial:12235667766399587367678898999")

action-runner-controller version: v0.25.2

Please disregard this, this issue is fixed after using the helm chart for deploying the action-runner-controller
