Bumping CRDS fails #1823

Trying to bump Helm chart from v0.17.0 to v0.21.0, but fail to apply CRDS.

❯ kubectl apply -f actions.summerwind.dev_runners.yaml

We use Tanka (and jsonnet).

Trying to do tk apply, results in the same error as kubectl client-side apply.
