task: Convert .pngs to .webps

Short description here, but let's convert all `.png`'s used for icons (in `public/images`) to `.webp`'s, as they will result in smaller file sizes, meaning less loading times for users & lower costs for us in hosting.

- Rename usages in pages to reflect the conversion
