Documentation for manual tuning

I have come up with a method to tune RoadRunner manually. Think how to come up with kS, kV, or dead wheel encoder positions without their automatic tuners. I were to write it up would this be something that would be likely to be merged into the documentation?

I'd be happy to merge those instructions. I can't guarantee that they'll be recommended over the automated tuners and I may label them as a "community guide" (like https://rr.brott.dev/docs/v1-0/guides/centerstage-auto/) but they'll be on the official website.
