Localizers don't log parameters or status #495
Description
The new custom localizers don't log their parameter constants or their status to RR's log files, which makes diagnosing tuning issues a lot harder. It also makes it harder to detect when issues are caused by hardware faults, as has happened in the past. It would be great if this could be added.
