[FEATURE] Display RBN skimmer locations #840

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I note with appreciation the change that allows us to select a skimmer to listen to. I was thinking it would be really nice to be able to show the list of existing skimmers on the WorldMap in order to be able to "choose one near me".
Describe the Solution You'd Like
A third pulldown option in the existing RBN popup would be a clean solution.
Describe Alternatives You've Considered
Pulling directly from the RBN API with curl and massaging output, but that doesn't display on the map.
