[FEATURE] Configure RBN as "local" reception reporter

Can you consider adding the ability to configure the RBN panel to report any signals received/reported by a user-specified spotter? I often use RBN in this way to show what areas and bands are working in my local area.

For example, my URL I often use is:
https://www.reversebeacon.net/main.php?rows=10&max_age=10,hours&spotter_call=kd2ogr&hide=distance_km
which shows any signals received by spotter KD2OGR.

It doesn’t appear to have a way currently to have it report all calls, only your own call.

What I’m asking for is the ability to report all calls heard by a specific spotter.
