DXCluster Config API

The 3 dxcluster api's currently developed do not provide accurate data on the current settings in the DX Cluster Source panel. It would be nice to have an api GET /api/dxcluster/currentSource that would advise which dx cluster source is actually in use. See current api's below.

GET /api/dxcluster/spots | Current DX cluster spots (array of spot objects)
GET /api/dxcluster/paths | DX spots with resolved coordinates for map display
|GET /api/dxcluster/sources | Available DX cluster source backends
