R-Pi 4 stuck in Kiosk - Full Screen mode in very old v. 3.12.0

I am stuck! on my R-pi 4, I can't get out of full screen mode and I'm on a very old version 3.12.0. I've tried ESC and F11 and other suggestions. I wanted to DL latest zip and reflash the SD card but can't find the DL file. I've been here before and let this drag on while using a different WIN11 machine in browser mode. Would like to resolve and take full advantage of the R-Pi. Appreciate help and advice, tnx.
