Don't want to keep conversations alive with the bot.

Max time bot will listen to a user around 5 mins.
In the last min bot will message a warning to the user that they have 1 minute left to respond.
After 5 minutes the bot will no longer listen for a response from the user.
Alert the user that the conversation has been closed, and how they can reopen it.
