Step 3 on GCP breaks

When running step3 on an instance from Google Cloud Compute, the Nvidia Driver kernel fails to install due to the error:

error: too many arguments to function ‘get_user_pages’

Yea I dug around all those until I found one that fixed it for the 375.26 driver. This patch fixed it:

This needs to be repoened. The following needs to be verified:

• Is this still necessary on GCP?

If it is still necessary, then the GCP patch needs to be updated to use the CUDA 9.0
