The imported methods are not visible in the class builder, but they are visible in the source code. (version 7.16.0)

It's not an abap2xlsx issue. If it's not an abapGit issue, it's an SAP standard issue (check the SAP notes). You may also run the standard repair options like Utilities > Regenerate sections or Utilities > Cleanup > Method includes.
