[Enhancement] Add FLAC output for audio data #53

Instead of just the WAV output that exists now, it would be nice to have the option to output FLAC as well.

Try looking into the Aaru libraries to see if this can be done with the existing FLAC internals (possibly have to wait for 6.0).
