Game crash after manual or automatic save

Description
When I save the game manually or it saves automatically the game crashes, time freezes and the only option to recover from this state is to restart the game.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load save file (link attached);
2. Either save manually via escape menu -> save -> save as current name;
3. Or play until autosave is triggered.

Expected behavior
The game saves without any issues.

Actual behavior
The game crashes and freezes, throwing a bunch of error messages if dev mode is enabled.

Additional info
I've reproduced this issue on stable 1.0.2 version as well as on dev build from commit 3c578d5.

Other mods
The only other mod besides Harmony and RimWorld core itself is Quality Builder mod (you can see it in the save file).
