+## Summary
+
+The Taxonomy and Landscape Workstream successfully launched this month, establishing our foundational infrastructure, web portals, and core data schemas while securing charter approval across all working groups. We successfully onboarded formal working group delegates who contributed their initial batches of core taxonomy terms. We are now actively reviewing these terms in a unified tracking document to resolve cross-domain conflicts globally before officially processing them via our asynchronous contribution workflow.

+## Progress Against Objectives
+
+- We finalized the Workstream Charter and secured formal approval from all participating working groups.
+- We defined the SKOS-Lite data schema for the taxonomy and the CNCF-style configuration format for the ecosystem landscape.
+- We launched the local development environment and CI/CD publishing pipeline for the web portal.
+- We successfully onboarded two formal delegates from all working groups except the Agentic Commerce WG. In addition to these formal delegates, we also see additional non-delegate members regularly joining our meetings to actively participate and contribute.
+- We asked each working group to contribute 10-20 core terms for our initial v1.0 phase, and they have successfully delivered these key terms.
+- We decided to aggregate all proposed terms into a single review spreadsheet to resolve conflicts globally before submitting individual pull requests.
+- We compiled all contributed terms into a unified tracking document, and we are currently in the active process of reviewing terminology across all working groups.
+- We cleared existing initial seed terms to reset the slate and enforce our new peer-review governance process.

+## Blockers and Risks
+
+- While the Agentic Commerce Working Group chair [volunteered](https://github.com/aaif/ws-taxonomy-landscape/issues/5) as a delegate, they have not yet attended any meetings or actively engaged in our taxonomy contribution process. This absence risks leaving commerce-related terminology out of the initial taxonomy release.
+

+## Next Month's Focus
+
+1. We will review the initial batch of cross-cutting taxonomy terms collected in our unified spreadsheet.
+2. We will finalize a definitions style guide and an AI usage policy to maintain high-quality terminology.
+3. We will begin merging the first wave of taxonomy pull requests into the master data schema.
