[FEATURE] Add a Changelog Documentation Pipeline

💡 The Pitch

Adding a CHANGELOG.md in repo directory but hardcoding everything will be too long and unsustainable.

Add a CI/CD pipeline to do the same, where it creates with every commit and the contributor's name to log all of our Contributors.

🤔 Why do we need this?

For better logs.

🛠️ Proposed Solution

Adding a Changelog.yml in .github/workflows/ write a script that executes with every PR merge.

Hi @Yuvraj-Sarathe, this sounds like a great enhancement! If this issue becomes available, I'd be happy to work on it. Approach: I'll create a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically generate and update CHANGELOG.md on merged PRs, including commit details, contributor names, and timestamps for a maintainable release history.
