Add readme file for Maps

From this Readme you can take reference

steps how you can do it:

  • Create Readme.md file
  • Try to explain in simple language
  • Don't forget to add examples
  • Don't make it too long (should be like short and good article)
  • Add other helpful resources like (Blog, YouTube video, twitch)
