[Suggestion] Please allow Claim Description in enter/leave title/subtitle/actionbar/chat messages

I would like to make use of the ability to configure the enter/leave titles, subtitles, actionbar and chat messages to display the name of the territories and the descriptions rather than just the owner name.

Currently, the description is not available as %desc% or %description% for use in the langs/ .yml files.

Please consider adding Replace() statements that replace %description% with the claim description so they can be used for display.
