Quantization mode of Batchnorm and Scale layer

Hi all,  I found that https://github.com/Xilinx/CHaiDNN/blob/master/docs/QUANTIZATION.md#special-casebatchnorm--scale-layers-for-dynamicfixed-mode-only, which said "Special case(BatchNorm & Scale layers) for DynamicFixed mode ONLY". Does it mean that if I want to choose "xilinx" as quantization mode, the quantization results of batchmorm and scale layer will not be right ? Thanks very much.
