Issue Description

Configuration changes made to the XAML Styler plugin settings are not applied immediately. Currently:

  • Modified settings remain ineffective for formatting operations
  • A full IDE restart is required for new settings to be recognized
  • Changes only take effect after restarting Rider

Expected Behavior

Settings modifications should:

  • Apply immediately after changes
  • Take effect for the next formatting operation
  • Not require an IDE restart

Environment

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • IDE: JetBrains Rider 2024.3.5
  • Plugin Version: XAML Styler 3.2411.0.0
