We might considering dropping prebuilt 32-bit SDK in 1.25 or 1.26, sometime in the future. This won't affect the cross-compiling ability of the SDK.

I'd be sad to see it go - I use your pre-builts to compile 32-bit Win 7 variants of Adalanche Collector directly from the GitHub workflow. Is there a good reason to drop it?

The reason of dropping the pre-built 32-bit SDK: the use of 32-bit x86 machines on software development is dropping (mainly RAM reason), but 32-bit x86 is still important today as a target architecture. As Go can cross-compiling a project to different architecture and OSes, reducing packages may simplifying the releasing procedure.

But if there are needs which developing and compiling Go projects using a 32-bit x86 machine, 32-bit pre-biult SDKs can be kept, although using a x86-64 machine to working with development is recommended.

I was considering to keep the 32-bit pre-built SDKs if someone asks, and I'm considering to keep releasing them.

Ah, sorry, I misread - no I am cross compiling to Win32 from Linux using your port. So I'm not using the Win32 release.
