Fixed on trunk, will ship as part of the v0.5.0 release.

The entire response pipeline was migrated from raw arrays and stdClass to typed DTOs from the php-mcp-schema package (PRs #119–#124). All handlers now return AbstractDataTransferObject instances (CallToolResult, ListToolsResult, ReadResourceResult, GetPromptResult, InitializeResult, JSONRPCErrorResponse, etc.) rather than hand-built arrays or stdClass objects.
