After Installation MCP Adapter didn't work

I want to connect my ChatGPT to self hosted WordPress website, I research found one way it's MCP, WordPress.com website provides MCP client Just download and install into Claude Desktop very easy way, but on the other hand WordPress.org scene different, all things manual, anyway after installation MCP Adapter Plugin in my dashboard didn't showing why? I checked all options didn't find, is it issue with plugin or something else?

Same situation as #148 and #144. The MCP Adapter doesn't have an admin settings page at the moment, so there's nothing to see in the WordPress admin after activation.
