The YAML configuration in the upgrade/dify-version-100 branch has passed local environment validation. I will merge to main branch a week later. Please let me know if there is any issue occurs.

Can the existing version 0.15.3 be directly upgraded to version 1.0?
Do I need to execute the following commands to upgrade the tool to a plugin as Dify suggest? 😂

Yes. you must run these migrate command during upgrade dify. What I developed is a clean install yaml file, not for upgrade.

Then I will upgrade to dify v1.0, then find the dify api pod, and exec these two commands for migrating to plugin.
