Feature request: Ignore specific folders

Αlong with Ignore empty folders request (#2334, and #2144 issues) I would like to add a request for a "Ignore specific folders" option, so I can exclude folders like Recycle bin, System Volume information, %windir%\Temp, %temp% etc.
