Feature request - Checkbox/Radio Button to allow given selection to be skipped on compare

I really like the 3 file compare model, but occasionally I only want to compare two files. Currently, you have to clear one of them to compare 2 files. If would be nice if there were Skip check boxes or radio buttons associated with the 3 files so that you could easily compare any 2 out of the 3 selected files.
