In the comparison tool we can right click for the copy to left/right option or use the tool bar. It would be awesome and more easier for clickers like me if between each pane on the lines which contain differences a widget <= (copy left) / (copy right) => is displayed, which can be clicked to directly perform the action.

Something like that:
