file contents gets overwritten

while merging the changes, a window pops up and says file content got changes, do you want to reload(actually contents not changed). if pressed yes, then i can see all the content became same, except 1 diff..

this i have seen in windows, and in Linux (i am using ubuntu+wine+winmerge)

I could not reproduce the bug.

• Which version of WinMerge are you using?
• Does this bug reproduce in any file?
• Where are the files stored? On a local drive, USB drive, or network shared folder?
• How did you compare the files?
  a) Launch file comparison window from folder comparison window
  b) Direct file comparison

hi, i faced this issue again last day. i was merging from one codebase to another. there were more than 100 files diff, i was merging changes in 1 file, and suddenly this pop up came, i clicked yes, and after that the content got overwritten. next time i get this issue, i will share a screenshot.
